The Nikon Eclipse Ti2 is a versatile widefield fluorescence microscope designed for advanced imaging applications. It is optimized for single-molecule localization microscopy (SMLM), live-cell single-particle tracking (SPT) of labeled proteins or RNA, and total internal reflection fluorescence (TIRF) imaging, while also supporting standard widefield and brightfield microscopy. The system includes a spinning-disk confocal module, enabling seamless switching between confocal and widefield modes. This instrument is ideal for studies in primary cell cultures, stem cells, cell lines, and similar in vitro preparations.
